By creating a GKit account or using any GKit product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use GKit. These terms form the entire agreement between you and Eshank Tyagi (operating as MrEshank) regarding GKit.
GKit is a suite of Google Workspace productivity tools. The first product, SheetsAPI (currently in beta), turns a Google Sheet into a REST API endpoint. GKit is beta software: features may change, be removed, or break. There is no guaranteed uptime, and the service may be taken down or significantly changed at any time.
GKit is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with reasonable notice.
You must use GKit with your own Google account and only access Sheets that you own or have explicit permission to access. You agree to:
We will make reasonable efforts to keep GKit operational and to provide advance notice of major changes or planned downtime. GKit's source code is available under the MIT License, meaning you can inspect, self-host, and contribute to it. Our commitment to open source is ongoing.
GKit's source code is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute it subject to that license. Your Google Sheets data belongs to you. GKit claims no ownership over any data that passes through the service.
GKit is beta software provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. There is no SLA, no uptime guarantee, and no promise that the service will be error-free. Use it for personal projects and non-critical applications - do not build production systems that cannot tolerate downtime on top of a free beta.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eshank Tyagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GKit, including data loss resulting from changes to your Google Sheets, API downtime, or account suspension. GKit is a proxy - if your underlying Sheet changes or becomes inaccessible, GKit cannot recover that data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the GKit dashboard or by email. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
